Client forms will be made available on the Client Portal and should be filled out prior to your first appointment. Please bring a copy of your insurance card and any other recent clinician assessments or a current school Individualized Education Program (IEP).

You are more than welcome to use our waiting room or you may drop your child off. If you choose to do a drop off, it is important that you return 10 minutes prior to the end of the session.

Therapy sessions are recommended based on your child's evaluation results. Sessions will usually be 1-2x per week.

Notice of cancellation must be provided within 24 hours of your appointment.

All cancellations requested within less than 24 hours of your appointment are charged a $70 fee except in the event of illness or emergency.

"No Show" is also charged as a $70 fee.
