OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY.
Our approach to Pediatric Occupational Therapy promotes independence in children's day-to-day activities. These activities include reaching age-appropriate developmental milestones, visual and perception skills, play, socializing with peers, self-care (dressing, eating, bathing, brushing teeth etc.), and performing a range of academic tasks to include fine motor skills (e.g. cutting) and handwriting. Our therapists will evaluate your child’s current abilities, identify deficits and create a plan of care to help your child achieve their goals.

What is a child's occupation? A child's occupation from infancy through adolescence is to learn and develop socially, emotionally and physically. This is achieved through a variety of daily life activities including attending school and play with the goal of becoming independent adults.
